Project engagements

Payment
Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Larger projects may be split across agreed milestones.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the final delivered website or application transfers to the client upon final payment, excluding any third-party tools, libraries or stock assets licensed separately.
