Process

How a project actually runs

Six stages, from the first conversation to a site or tool that's live and working. No jargon, no vague milestones — just a clear sequence you can follow.

01

Discovery call

A 20–30 minute call to understand your business, what's slowing you down, and what a useful result actually looks like. No jargon, no pressure to buy.

Day 1

02

Fixed-price proposal

You get a clear, written proposal with what's included, what it costs, and how long it will take — before any work starts. No surprise invoices later.

Within 2 days

03

Design & build

We build in focused stages and share progress as we go, rather than disappearing for weeks. You give feedback along the way, not just at the end.

1–8 weeks, depending on scope

04

Review & refine

You review the finished site or tool, we make revisions within the agreed rounds, and check everything works properly on real phones and browsers.

3–5 days

05

Launch

We handle the technical side of going live — domain, hosting, redirects, tracking — and walk you through how to use and update your new site or tool.

1 day

06

Support

Once you're live, an optional care plan keeps things updated, secure and running — or you're free to manage it yourself with our handover notes.

Principles

A few things that don't change

01

You always know the price first

Every proposal is fixed-price. If something changes scope, you're told before it's built, not after.

02

You see progress, not silence

No disappearing for weeks. You'll see the site or tool taking shape and can flag issues early.

03

You can leave whenever you want

Sites are built on standard, portable technology — no proprietary platform locking you in.
